During the webinar, Dr. Himanshu Das (NIEPVD) Divyangjan, Dehradun was present as a chief Guest and Priyadarshi Mishra Rehabilitation Officer (CRCSD) and Daya Rani Lecturer in Special Education- MR Mandi (HP) were the key speakers of the day.
