Culture should be like fluid and relates the human soul to fulfill their personal circumstances or needs rather than being historically embedded or highly monotonous. A culture always reflects its effects on human beings in the form of different traditions, values, and ideas and should never be a mosaic combination of separate religious or ethnic groups. Cosmopolitan culture indicates cultural diversity together with identical politics. It also emphasizes cultural exchange and provides people of one culture with the opportunity to learn from others. Thus, it encourages cultural mixing approach to a society where people from different background can educate themselves about varieties of cultural practices. This hybridity in education and learning help people to develop multiple identities in their future life.

Effect on education system

Multicultural societies are actually mixtures of different ethnic groups and multiculturalism nowadays has been challenged by several new approaches of cosmopolitan cultures. Cosmopolitan culture values diverse viewpoints developed in population and thus maintaining a variety of backgrounds and experiences resulting from ethical, racial, class, or gender differences in the societies. Cosmopolitanism also follows the path of transformation in standard culture by educating in the field of self-awareness, identity, or agency. Together with education, cosmopolitan culture contributes to the modeling of society by designing various cultures of several distinct races in a compact educational system.

Due to evolving cosmopolitan idea and the way it is affecting educational curriculum currently, is really worth noticing. This approach of learning or teaching will help in building conscious, respect, and adopting cultural pluralism within different racial societies.Both the theories of cosmopolitanism and multiculturalism have a thoughtful effect on education.The main objective of intercultural education in cosmopolitan culture is the attempt to bring change in the attitudes of the people towards a multicultural society and also to preach them equality, and the development of self-worth. The cosmopolitanism strengthens the view of education, as this is an essential element in transforming any culture or simply an individual. Furthermore, the educators also should encourage the students to go through the concept of cosmopolitan through global individuality as well as interconnectivity. In short, without any inter-cognitive alteration through the learning process, cosmopolitan is just making no sense to signify its meaning.

Cosmopolitanism has become the theory to express the nature of the people in the ethnic-culture assortment of society in this century. Other than multiculturalism, cosmopolitan culture determines the fact of changing the world in such a manner that people also are getting a chance to develop cosmopolitan outlook mainly through the development of self-transformation. As the majority of immigrants from different social and cultural backgrounds like experts, engineers,scholars, business merchants, and other well-experienced people arrive, they bring with them a huge inflow of expertise, qualification, investments, dynamic labor force, etc. It is the foremost key factor to enhance the productivity and efficiency of a nation. Thus, it is concluded that cosmopolitan culture together with education when incorporated in a society, helps to achieve acceptance as well as interconnectedness among people.
