Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine & Surgery (BAMS) is an undergraduate Ayurvedic programme with duration of 5.5 years including a one-year Compulsory Rotatory Internship. The curriculum covers the study of Metaphysical Aspects of Ayurveda, Modern Anatomy, Physiology, Medical Chemistry & Pharmacy, Ayurvedic Pharmacology, Pathology and Diagnostic Procedure, Charak Samhita (Encyclopedia of Ayurvedic Science), Toxicology, Yoga and Lifestyle Management, Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Pediatrics, Internal Medicine, ENT, Dentistry & Opthamology, Principles of Surgery, etc.

- The programme is approved by the NCISM (CCIM), New Delhi, Ministry of AYUSH (GOI) & Govt. of U.P. which is the statutory body constituted under the Indian Medicine Central Council Act, 1970.
- Number of permitted seats per year is 100 can be increased or decreased as per approval by NCISM (CCIM), New Delhi, Ministry of AYUSH (GOI) & Govt. of U.P.
- The College runs a 100 bedded hospital on the campus, with full fledged clinical departmental OPD and IPD facilities.
Students can add value to their practice by doing additional diploma/certificate programmes in various therapies such as Panchakarma, Yoga, Ayurvedic Dietetics, Counseling, Physiotherapy, etc., available in the campus.

We provide complete education by renowned scholars in Ayurveda to the students. Starting from the history of Ayurveda, Sanskrit language, Ayurvedic philosophy and Anatomy to study of herbal drugs, metals and minerals, preparation of medicine, treatment of various ailments, surgery, orthopedics and rejuvenation therapy - very varied subjects are part of the comprehensive course.

There are separate Male and Female wards with separate beds assigned for 'Kayachikitsa', 'Shalakya Tantra', 'Prasuti Evum Stri-roga' and 'Kaumarbhrittya (Bal Roga)'. There are 100 beds available & consultants, para-medical supporting & other hospital staff are available round the clock to attend & take care of the patients admitted.
There is a computerized central registration system for maintaining the records.
Out Patient Department (OPD) of the Sanskriti Ayurvedic Medical College & Hospital functions from 09:00 a.m. to 02:00 p.m. on all working days. Consultancies in the following areas are available:-
