Dr. Omkar Rai is the Director-General of STPI, Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology, Govt. of India. Under his leadership, STPI has been providing services to IT/ITES/ESDM industry for promotion of software exports and entrepreneurship from the country. He is actively involved in various policy formulations required for the growth of the industry from time to time. Before STPI, he served in National Informatics Centre in various capacities. He holds a PhD in Statistics from Banaras Hindu University.

Chancellor - K.R. Mangalam University
Professor Dinesh Singh, chancellor K.R. Mangalam University is an Indian professor of mathematics. He served as the 21st Vice-Chancellor of the University of Delhi, is a distinguished fellow of Hackspace at Imperial College London, and has been an adjunct professor of Mathematics at the University of Houston. For his services to the nation he was conferred with the Padma Shri which is the fourth highest civilian award awarded by the Republic of India.

Professor Arvind P Jamkhedkar Chairman, Indian Council of Historical Research, is a doctorate in Ancient Indian Culture from Deccan College, has done Special research on the Jain Prakrit text Vasudevahindi. He is Chancellor of Deccan College and was the Vice-president of the Asiatic Society of Mumbai and editor of the Journal as well. As an archaeologist, he has conducted many excavations and was associated with the team of Professor Jagapati Joshi during the discovery of the biggest stupas in the country.He also served as the director of the archaeology museum in Maharashtra. Professor Arvind P Jamkhedkar was also selected as National Lecturer in Archaeology by the University Grants Commission in 1984.
