The Covid-19 pandemic has resulted in reduced job opportunities in many sectors, but the medical field offers many news opportunities for students. Those who had opted for a career in the medical field became Covid warriors, a blessing to an infected person’s life. The different courses that can enable students to help others include MBBS, Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery; B Pharma, Bachelor of Pharmacy; BPT, Bachelor of Physiotherapy; BNYS, Bachelor of Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences, and BMLT, Bachelor of Medical Laboratory. A fresh graduate from such courses is placed sooner than any other course in the pandemic crisis.

According to a recent news report, the prime minister of India sought help from final-year students of MBBS, BSC, and GNM-qualified nurses for Covid duties. Those final-year students who completed 100 days of Covid duties were promised incentives. They will be absorbed in forthcoming government recruitments. The global crisis has bought focus on the healthcare professionals, as they continue to fight on the frontlines to protect everyone.
